Air Conditioner Maintenance Plan – Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose & Agreement

This document outlines the terms and conditions of the "Summer Cool AC Maintenance Plan", offered by Havana Solutions. This plan provides scheduled maintenance services for residential air conditioning systems.

2. Plan Duration & Renewal

The plan is valid for[1 year or 2 years]from the start date. It automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Scheduled Maintenance

Includes[1]maintenance visit per year, typically in spring before the cooling season.

3.2 Maintenance Checklist

Each visit includes:

✔ Cleaning or replacement of standard air filters (specialty filters may have an additional charge).

✔ Cleaning of condenser coils.

✔ Inspection of evaporator coils.

✔ Checking refrigerant levels.

✔ Inspecting and tightening electrical connections.

✔ Lubrication of moving parts.

✔ Testing thermostat calibration.

✔ Checking the condensate drain line.

✔ Inspecting blower motor and condenser fan.

3.3 Priority Service

Members get priority scheduling for service calls.

3.4 Exclusions

The plan does not cover:

❌ Repairs due to system failures.

❌ Replacement of major components (e.g., compressors, evaporator coils).

❌ Refrigerant refills (unless specifically included).

❌ Damage caused by negligence or misuse.

❌ Duct cleaning.

❌ Work on units that are not easily accessible.

❌ Maintenance of commercial units.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Access: The customer must provide safe and clear access to the unit.

Notification: Any system issues must be reported promptly.

Payment: The plan fee must be paid as agreed.

Filters: Customers are responsible for providing specialty filters if needed.

Furnace Maintenance Plan – Terms & Conditions

Terms : The maintenance plan is valid for(1 or 2 year). The maintenance plan may automatically renew for subsequent terms unless the customer (beneficiary party) decide to cancel.

Scheduled Maintenance:

The plan includes [one] scheduled maintenance visits per year, typically performed in the [fall] before the heating season.

The beneficiary party is responsible for schedule this appointment.

Maintenance Checklist:

Each maintenance visit will include, but is not limited to:

✔ Inspection of burners and heat exchanger.

✔ Cleaning or replacement of standard air filters (Customer may be charged for specialty filters).

✔ Inspection and adjustment of gas pressure.

✔ Inspection of pilot light or electronic ignition.

✔ Checking and tightening electrical connections.

✔ Lubrication of moving parts.

✔ Testing of safety controls.

✔ Checking for gas leaks.

✔ Checking the condition of the blower motor.

✔ Checking the condition of the venting system.

Priority Service:

Plan members receive priority scheduling for service calls related to their furnace.

Exclusions: This plan does not include:

❌ Repairs resulting from system failures.

❌ Replacement of major components (e.g., heat exchangers, control boards).

❌ Services required due to customer negligence or misuse.

❌ Services related to duct cleaning.

❌ Any work done to units that are not easily accessible.

❌ Work on commercial units.

Customer Responsibilities:

Access: The Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to the furnace system for scheduled maintenance.

Notification: The Customer must promptly notify the Company of any furnace malfunctions or concerns.

Payment: The Customer must pay the plan fee as agreed upon.

Filter Responsibility: The Company will provide 1 year pack of air filters.

Liability and Warranty:

Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability is limited to the services provided under this plan. The Company is not liable for consequential damages.

Warranty: The Company warrants that maintenance services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any warranty on parts will be those supplied by the part's manufacturer.
